Paper comments

First of all, congratulations! You've now finished taking your first big step toward becoming great researchers (or at least toward understanding and evaluating communication research). And it's finally summertime!

I'm sure a lot of you are wondering about what all those scrawls and arrows and lines and things on your paper mean, and what all those checks and check-pluses and check-minus-minuses on the attached half-sheet mean, so I plan to post an explanation of my paper comments tonight or tomorrow. We TA's are still on campus with Prof. Mullin working on inputting your grades...
